Sunday Paper Coupons – When You Need to Buy and Not Because the Offers are Promising:
You need to be responsible when shopping for items in the grocery store or paying for services and foods at restaurants. Never buy or pay for something that you do not need just because you have the Sunday coupons for it. For example, you clipped a Sunday coupon for a speaker for your computer. If you already have a pair of speakers at home, do you think it is wise to buy another set of speakers because you have the coupons? Certainly not a wise investment.
Remember, the reason why companies give away Sunday paper coupons is because they want you to spend money for their products. If you use up all of the Sunday coupons for useless items, you could end up buying unimportant stuff and wasting more money.
Wait to Use the Sunday Paper Coupons Until the Product Goes on Sale:
Using your Sunday coupons when the store goes on sale will help you get amazing bargains! Collect and save the coupons until the store or the establishment where you can use the Sunday coupons holds a sale. By combining the discounts that you will get from the sales with the discounts you’ll get from the Sunday coupons, you double the savings. Not only the value of the Sunday coupons, but also the benefits from the sale!
You Need to Combine Two or More Sunday Coupons:
Collect as many coupons as you can then create great combination's that you can use to get amazing offers. The effect of combining two or more Sunday paper coupons together when you buy stuff or pay for services is the same with using Sunday coupons when the store goes on sale. This is especially effective when using coupons for restaurants, fast food or for other services.
Surely, Sunday paper coupons are amazing tool that many people use to get better deals on things that are otherwise too costly or are not affordable to many. The tips above will help you get better discounts and deals. Remember these tips and you will surely get the best value on your Sunday coupons! Visit our site and download Sunday paper coupons!

Missy,
Please don’t let the show EXTREME COUPONING discourage you; the show does NOT show that people DO have to go back to the store to buy perishable items like fruits, veggies, meats, dairy, etc. I have seen where people do get these items, but they are few and far between. And, keep in mind that they have to buy 40+ papers per week, or more, to get all those FREE items, or dumpster dive, or have family/friends who give them their papers.
While it is harder to shop in some parts of the country than others, it CAN be done. I could go into depth about all the HOW-TO’s of couponing, which I have done in the past, so if you go to posts from about 6 weeks ago you can read what I said.
A GREAT site to learn from is COUPONMOM.COM Stephanie Nelson has been using coupons strategically for 30+ years and she has several video tutorials and an eBook you can print.
I, too, have 2 illnesses which can be debilitating at times, but I find that couponing is a GREAT outlet for me – it takes my mind off of the pain. When I check out at a grocery store and know my total will come to over $300, yet I pay $15 or less I get so pumped up. Using coupons strategically is addicting, but in a good way. I don’t care if I were a millionaire, I would ALWAYS use coupons because they are just the same as handing the cashier money.
A few weeks ago I was shopping at Publix and forgot to give the cashier 3 coupons, so I went back one week later and gave the customer service rep the three coupons along with the cash register receipt and I got $3 back. When you get cold, hard cash in your hands it really makes you understand just how important coupons are.
I am so sorry to hear of your illnesses and pray God will heal you to full restoration. Please email me if you have any questions.
Blessings.
Tammie

Brenda,
Since you life in FL you should have Publix stores in your area, right? If so, you will find GREAT deals there because they allow you to stack coupons. E.G. You have one mfgr coupon for a box of cereal, 1 Publix coupon,1 coupon from Target, 1 coupon from another store like Kroger, 1 Smart Source coupon, which are typically the ‘BLINKIES’ you find throughout the store that are in front of certain products with red lights blinking and it spits out a coupon after you have pulled one, and/or Catalina’s, which comes after your cash register receipt from your last visit to the store. So, we have 6 coupons for one items, so nine times out of ten you will get that item FREE or even make money on it. (You don’t actually get the money back, but it does come off your tax). They also have their own Advantage Circular that you find when you enter the store where the grocery carts are located. Those circulars are full of Publix coupons which can be used with all the other coupons I just listed. Get 7-8 of the circulars and keep them until they expire because you WILL use them every week to get items you need or can donate. You can learn how to shop very effectively at Publix by going to the site I recommended.
If you shop at Whole Foods they accept coupons and you can log onto their site to print them. Some stores like Sam’s, Costco and B.J.’s accept mfgr coupons along with their coupons.
Good luck. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Go to couponmom.com and watch her video tutorials and print her eBook, which gives you indepth details about how to use coupons.

Hi Missy, Winn Dixi will price match, right now they have the store card linked with Shell so every $50 in spending will get you .05 cents off a galon of gas, so I go through all of the other circulars find great deals, make sure I have coupons for everything and then buy those items at WinnDixi. Also you can call the companies you like, tell them you love their product and please send you some coupons, and they will! You can also look up the companies online, sometimes they have online coupons you can print ( but you can only print 2 of the same coupons from one computer) also check out smartsource.com, redplum.com and shortcuts.com fpr free printable coupons.

I have to admit I watch Extreme couponing. I am amazed at how much they buy and how little they pay. I’m a stay at home mommy of two hyper toddlers so I don’t have the time to spend on couponing like they do. I don’t think I would get stuff my family doesn’t need, but I would love to have a little stock pile of things we do use regularly, especially diapers. I coupon, but not to the extreme. The first time I used coupons I saved ten bucks and it was exciting because that’s ten bucks towards something else we need. It feels good to save money.
